To ensure their effectiveness, you can eat them raw. You can also heat water with onion and garlic over medium heat for about two minutes. Leave it for a few minutes and then drink it. For frequency, drink it three times a day until it improves.

Eucalyptus is an antispasmodic and antimicrobial remedy that helps reduce flu symptoms. It soothes the respiratory tract and reduces coughing. It also helps to relieve sore throats and unclog the nose. Indeed, it is necessary to make an infusion of some drops of essential oil of eucalyptus with water. You should cover yourself well with a towel that you put over your head. Then inhale the vapours through your nose and exhale through your mouth for about fifteen minutes. You can also use it as a tea. Make an infusion of thyme and eucalyptus for about ten minutes. Use water and two grams of dry leaves.
