If you suffer from anaemia, it is advisable to take balanced foods that have anti-anaemia properties. You should also eat more foods rich in vitamins B12 and B9 and iron. It is preferable to eat a lot of protein foods, fruits and vegetables. It is also advisable to reduce the consumption of coffee and tea.

Nettle tea, an exceptional remedy for anaemia

Nettle tea is an effective tip for combating anaemia. To use it, put the nettle in boiling water for about fifteen minutes. Then drink your tea instead of water. For 3g of nettle, use 1litre of water.

Cider vinegar, an ideal product for treating anaemia

Cider vinegar is an exceptional product that plays an anti-anaemic role. This product, added to honey, helps to get rid of anaemia. Indeed, to ensure its effectiveness, you just need to put a teaspoon of cider vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water. Then add a teaspoon of honey and drink it. For the frequency, it is better to take one glass a day until improvement. It is necessary to consult a doctor in case of diseases such as kidney disease, autoimmune diseases and others.
